Night Market, Storytelling & Vegan Supper with Chef Josh Ploeg

We’re having another night market, storytelling, and vegan meal at Kirk’s on Wednesday, February 1st from 5:30-9pm. Technically speaking it’s Brigid/Candlemass, but a loose association.
Market goes the whole time in the back, there will be some baked goods, runes, jewelry, tarot cards, dice, pictures, cookbooks and more from me. Purses, pouches, and bags from Amanda Addy. Small art and candles from Julie Lary. Coffee beans, art, cards, and more from Mo Moloney & Dalabou coffee. Small art, crafts and cards from Nicholas Rogers. And more! Come by and shop. We’ll have some snacks out during this time and beverages available. It’s also a good time to check out Kirk’s and buy their merchandise and art as well!
At 8 pm dinner starts as does story time with me, Julie, and Nicholas telling stories. This lasts until about 9 pm. You can still shop during that time, and just enjoy the tall tales if you don’t want a full meal.

Menu is all GF and includes a beverage:
*Personal mushroom and tempeh pot pie with truffle gravy
*Roasted spiced cauliflower steak with cognac slow cooked tomato sauce
*Quinoa pilaf stuffed mushroom with garlic herb sauce and caper relish
*Roasted chile tamal in banana leaf with pineapple salsa
*Green tea lavender cupcake with rose jam and pomegranate
If you’d rather get dinner to go that can be arranged just let me know ahead of time.
