Spring Break Special Kids Art Class: Kite Making with Kite Master TZ Lee

This is YOUR special chance to learn with a Master Kite Maker.  TZ Lee will show you how to design and create a kite.  At the end of class, you will fly your new creations. Ages 7-12.

This is a daytime class during the Billing Public Schools spring break.
